I just wanted to share something that helps me keep my metabolism going. I used to skip breakfast because my work day starts very early in the morning, and i just didnt have time to cook breakfast. The solution for me was to pre-cook my breakfast for the week and freeze it in ziplock bags. So in the morning i can pull out a baggie with a couple of cooked eggs, another baggie with a couple pieces of bacon, and another baggie with a slice of sausage. Just microwave it up and you have quick breakfast.

That is an excellent idea
Another thing that you could possibly consider, is when cooking your evening meal the night before, cook just a little bit extra and save the left overs for breakfast the following day

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
