    Hi guys,

    I'm trying to find out if edamane is okay to eat during induction?? Does anyone have any information on this veggie..like card content etc.?

    Hi,

    Edamame (or soybean) is a legume and therefore is not allowed on induction. A cup has 12 g of carbs, with 6 g of fiber. You can check Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com for more.

      Same question I asked... I totally knew it was soy beans, but didn't even think about it until after I asked the question Luckily my husband bought it frozen so although I've got a few lbs of it, it will last!

        Thanks so much. I'm currently living in Japan right now and it is a very very common side item at restaurants...I had the asparagus tonight b/c I was unsure if it was allowed. So glad I did!!
