  • Ready to GO!

Ok, I woke up this morning with a renewed sense of energy and urgency to stay on track here. I am going to clean the house first and then prepare foods and snacks for the week (once the kitchen is clean!) Here I go!! Mini goal ~ 5 pounds by next Tuesday. I am going on a plane and do not want a seat belt extender!!!

    Happy day all!
I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

      Great positive attitude
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
