  • It's day 2 on my Induction phase! Excited.

I woke up this morning and am having decaf coffee. I am used to normal coffee but not so worried. I am happy to have found this Bulletin board. I have decided to weigh myself every 3 days so on Wed I will weigh myself again. I am hoping to loose close to 100lbs since I am only 5' 2" and have a small frame. I get so much inspiration reading about everyone it makes me believe that I can also achieve at this battle of weightloss. I hopw that everyone has a super week and I sure am hoping to get to knwo alot of you.

Sounds like you have a great attitude Tinytulip! I am at 6 days today and very excited. I have stopped my diabetes meds entirely and my blood glucose has been the lowest it has in 2 years in only 2 days after starting. I decided to weigh myself once a week after the first few days (after reading posts on this site). Good luck to you in your weight loss journey!

Tinytulip, you have a great outlook and I am so excited for you! I am glad you found this bb and know you will do an awesome job! I am into my 3rd week of my process and lost 15 lbs. during Induction. I plan on staying in Induction a little longer.

My goal is to lose 96 lbs. and I am getting closer everyday. Stay committed, stay consistent and plan everyday a head of time!

We will get to our goal…..Little by little. Remember, that is how the race is won!
