Hi, my weight is doing the yo-yo thing on induction. I started at 228, dropped to 223, bounced up to 226 (overnight) and now I am sliding back down at 225. Now, I keep telling myself there is no way I could have gained 3 lb of fat overnight...clearly I am retaining H20. I am watching my sodium intake...
Any words of advice...even if they are just hang in there? I was so thrilled to watch my weight go down, it was a big bummer to start heading the other direction.
