hey! you miss bagels now but i guarantee you that you won't later on! you won't miss all the weight you are going to lose and you won't miss feeling bloated or icky (as i did when i ate any kind of bread!)....hang in there...i promise it gets much easier!

I thought in the beginning that my love of anything breadlike would be one of the hardest things to overcome (and sweets) However like misplaced says once you get into it you will find that you feel great and eat well and there is not need any more.

I did at first too! You know even though it doesn't taste like a bagel, the oopsie roll really hit the spot I was having for some bread. I ate a tuna "sandwich" today and didn't have to feel guilty or have the symptoms that come from eating a big 'ol piece of bread!!!!! Check them out I think you'll enjoy them!

I used to love bagels and bread..omg! Had to have that every day!! When I was hungry for a snack..it was toast and peanut butter! Bread with every meal....
Guess what, I dont miss it anymore at all. AND....even if I thought I wanted it, now the smell of any bread makes me sick! Just hang in there, it'll pass

              I can relate.

I REALLY miss FRENCH FRIES sometimes (the fat, super huge hunk of potato kind). As a matter of fact, I'm half-Polish and half Irish, so I think I have potato juice running in my veins. BUT, it's really getting better. Plus, what I have noticed is that I have cravings when I get REALLY HUNGRY. So, if I eat frequently enough to not feel too ravenous (or weak, or shaky, or whatever), I don't have cravings, or they're really mild.

              Hang in there.

                  Carbless,

I'm sorry, really. Go eat olives. Really good Greek olives. With a little Parmesan on them. It's my new favorite snack.

                  Damn french fries and bagels!

Eating them is like doing this:
