How important is it to be close to the 20 carbs limit while on induction? (Without going over, of course).
Yesterday, I sort of struggled to get up to 19.5 carbs (had a couple of eggs as an "evening snack"). Is it harmful to only have 16-17 carbs on a single day?
Does anyone have any tips for adding in enough "safe" carbs without exceeding cheese/veggie limits?
