Ok Gang! Day 3 and going strong....I was extremely proud of myself, I motivated myself to go to kickboxing and let me just say as a former dancer of 18 yrs and a former cheerleader, volleyball, basketball, and track and field athlete.....I got a RUDE awakening....I was sooooooooo out of shape...HOLY Guacamole!

But no worries, I finished the class just fine and got an appt with my kickboxing coach to workout on Thursday. Will make it my personal goal to go kickboxing 2-4 times a week and those days I don't go I will walk on the treadmill at home or get on the elliptical machine.

Oh but last night I had the best induction friendly dinner....I had 2 3 oz of pan seared salmon on a bed of fresh baby spinach with a side of pan-seared scallops.....mmmmmmmmm TASTY!

Ok that's my little journal entry for the day....lol

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK INDUCTIONERS and share your story with me...
When I complete my goal, I will be Healthier, Stronger, and a Complete SHOWSTOPPER!

You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~
