  • What should I count for an oopsie roll?

My Oopsie's have turned out brilliantly and I'm looking forward to having a couple for brekky tomorrow

question though - how many carbs should I count per oopsie? 1? And I count 1/2oz of my cheese allowance for each one too?

Thanks (sorry i'm sure this has been asked many times before but I couldn't find it in the search)

I count 1 carb per oopsie if you make 6 with the recipe.

The recipe uses 3 ounces of cream cheese and it makes 6 rolls. Therefore each roll contains about 1/2 ounce of cream cheese. So you need to count each roll as 1/2 ounce of cheese. Since you are limited to 3-4 ounces of cheese daily, you must count them towards your daily cheese limit.

If you use one of the websites like www.fitday.com you can list all the ingredients to find out how many carbs in the whole recipe then divide it by 6 (if you made 6 oopsies). I used the pc version which makes my recipe of the revolution roll (which the oopsie recipe was adapted from) to have 0.5 carbs per roll - but I use a Waitrose own brand of cream cheese which has half the carbs of Philadelphia brand.

Using fitday and inputting the actual counts of the particular ingredients you use gives a more accurate number.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
