
Hi I need some encouragement that things will start to happen. I'm on day five of induction and have only lost 1 kg of fluid. I have been very strict and reading the 'Atkins - The First Two Weeks' book religiously. I am eating enough good fats (olive oil, cheese and avocado), protein and veges from the list.
I have only just started exercising today because I didn't have enough energy before. I am a little disheartened because I have been following everything and fought all my cravings for sugar - which would be easier if I was being rewarded with some action on the scales!
Has anyone else experienced a slow start but then an encouraging loss not too far away??
