  • Grated Parmesan??

Can we have grated parmesan on induction. I finally got the book and it isnt listed on the cheeses for induction. I have been adding it to my salads all week! Just curious...it says no carbs and it is 100 percent parmesan. Thanks for the input.

The book says that all aged cheeses are okay for Induction. These aged cheeses include hard cheeses like Parmesan, soft cheeses like Brie, and the semi-soft like Munster.
