Can we have grated parmesan on induction. I finally got the book and it isnt listed on the cheeses for induction. I have been adding it to my salads all week! Just curious...it says no carbs and it is 100 percent parmesan. Thanks for the input.

Re: Grated Parmesan??
The book says that all aged cheeses are okay for Induction. These aged cheeses include hard cheeses like Parmesan, soft cheeses like Brie, and the semi-soft like Munster.~Megs~
