    Im just wondering if anyone has created a basic shopping list for Induction that I could go by? Im going shopping tomorrow and I realize that everyones likes and dislikes will vary, Id just like to have something to sorta go by.

    My suggestion is to bring a copy of the Induction Acceptable Foods List and the Induction Rules with you. There is ALOT of food on the List from which you can choose---especially vegetables (for some reason people see the word "salad" and automatcally think they have to eat lettuce, when there's about 20 "salad" vegetables we are allowed to eat.)

    The most effective shopping list will be the one you make from your own likes and dislikes on that List. Plus you have to take regional availability into account. In some parts of the world and this country, shellfish and seafood is relatively cheaper and more varied than in other parts.
