    WHERE DO I FIND RICED CAULIFLOWER..Y U KNOW 2 MAKE THE CAULIFLOWER PIZZA??? R DO I BUY A REGULAR CAULIFLOWER AND DO SOMETHING TO IT MYSELF PLEASE ANSWER ASAP THANKS

    here's a couple links that might help you out....i don't think you can actually buy cauliflower is in stores though, so yes you would just buy regular cauliflower (fresh or frozen) and use a cheese grater to get the "riced" effect.

        a cheese grater is the best way if you don't have a ricer.... but there is a tool called a ricer that is used for potatoes.... If you can find one at a kitchen store then after you cook the cauliflower, you "rice it" through this gadget Click here for an example. That's WIlliams Sanoma though. I know someone would have one for less money than that but it really is very handy! I got one as a wedding gift (the one you see on the link)

          I use a food mincer to make my 'caulirice' by putting the raw cauliflower through it to mince it into small bits then I microwave it.
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            A potato masher works fine too. That's what I use.
