    Hi i am on my 1st day of induction and so far is going okay my body is already craving for sweets witch is strange because i don't normally eat sugary or sweet things but i have definitely cut back on all of the things that are not supposed to be eaten during the induction, so i have a few questions that i need help with.
    1. Can i drink Ice tea during induction?
    2. When is the correct timing to do the Ketosis test?
    3. Is it a must to have cheese every day?
    4. i need help posting my ticker any advises on witch forum i should go too?
    5. should i work out as much as i used to before the 14 day induction,
    because i read that i might get tired or too sleepy im scared something
    might happen at the gym.

    1. yes, decafe....but it can't be part of your water amount you NEED to drink, 64+ounces
    2. early morning if you want...or not at all, your call
    3. no, it's an amount you CAN have. It's up to you.
    4. well, that's up to you, too. We have one here on the top bar called "tickers" that works great and easy to do.
    5. you can work out as much as you think you can do. Not over exerting is a good thing especially if you've never experienced the Induction Flu before. But everyone is different. I personally struggled through walking 30 minutes a day during any Induction I've done in the past, but it helped my mood.

    Getting through Induction is tough, but worth it. You're detoxing, cleaning out your system. It's okay to feel the cravings, don't give in. Make sure you're having fat with protein and veggies at each meal...that will help. Meaning, cheese is one great way to have that fat with your meals or snacks. If you're lacto intolerant, than you'll of course find other fats to use instead.

      Click on someone elses ticker and it will bring you to the ticker website. I prefer THIS ONE

      Make it and then in the "User CP" (the first option in the menu bar at the top of this screen) click on Edit Signature and paste it in there.
