Hi Lepearle DO NOT WORRY about how much meat to eat, eat until your heart is content in Induction, along with the eggs.
Here's the link to print the pocket sized Induction list of foods:
    Induction friendly foods
Also use Fitday to put your food in and it will calculate the percentages of Fats/Carbs/Proteins; this is the guideline Dr. Atkins said to follow: 65% FAT, 5% CARBS, 30% PROTEIN.
Here's the link to fitday: Fitday

Have a good time, take your daily multi-vitamin, and drink your water.

You eat until your hunger is satisfied. If you still are unsure about what an Atkins "serving" for meat is look at the recipes in the back of the book to get an idea of what 1 serving is.

Eggs have carbs---approximately 1 net carb per egg. Since the majority of your daily carbs is to come from your vegetables, you certainly cannot eat more than 9 eggs per day.

You never want to overeat your protein because Dr. ATkins wrote that excess dietary protein is eventually converted to glucose which is eventually stored as fat. So eating too much of it, can potentially cause you to not lose weight or to gain it.
