    I work out 5 days a week and I started induction on Monday. I'm not sure if it's the diet or the exercise but, I've noticed that I've toned up quite a bit in just 5 days. Is this normal?

    Maybe not a thing that everyone notices so quickly, but great news nonetheless

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
