Thanks alot guys for all the support, i don't even feel like i am on a diet it's like i enjoy everything that i am eating right now so i guess depending on how much i loose during the induction period, i might do the extended induction if possible, although i could say that i am a bit tired and sleepy too, but i also noticed that i woke up this morning with out the alarm i was not tired at all. I am happy and will continue sticking to this horrible diet
