Hi guys,
So I've finally inched my way to the 14th day
. I haven't lost that much weight on induction, in fact, I somehow gained and lost during the week but I've noticed that my cravings are under more control. I'm not sure whether I should move on to OWL tomorrow as the extra 5g of carbs is kind of scaring me, I want to lose more, except nothing is happening! 
So far today, I've had:
breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with mayo
lunch: 3 drumsticks & oil and vinegar romaine salad with parmesan
What do you guys think?
