  • 15 days Into it - Update

    Things are going quite well. I'm 15 days into it as of yesterday (Sat.) and have now lost a total of 18lbs. My start weight was 347 on Jul 19th and as of Sat. (yesterday) I am now 329.

    I started exercising this past week. I wish I hadn't stopped a few weeks ago...hard to get back into it but I'm doing it. Can't have one without the other!

    Great results! Good work! Sometimes you just have to put yourself through the motions but whether you're motivated or just getting it done, you're going to see the same fantastic results. Congrats!!!!

      Thanks so much! I agree, whether you're having fun exercising or just getting it done some days...the results will come. We went out lastnight again for a walk and when I came home I did some weights as well as today so I'm trying to keep my exercise going....I jumped on the scales this morning and I'm down two more pounds...I'm pretty thrilled!
