I am so sorry to hear that. I share in your misery as I am having a yucky day myself :sadblinky . We just have to stick it out and let our bodies take care of themselves. :hug

You are really lucky to find someone to support you though. Its so much easier when that happens.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

What you could do is post a daily menu at the review my menu forum to see if you are getting the right amount of protien, fat, carbs. Also, make sure you are taking a good multivitamin, drinking your water, and exercising. Exercising always seems to knock the blues right out of me.

          Hang in there hon!

Another flatt-butted friend in the hiney-pocked trenches of life!

            WOOT!

            Definitely post a menu.

Were you feeling better at the onset of this WOE, or have you not felt well the whole time? Usually (I say usually) by day 10 people start to feel better, but it is contingent on different things.
