    Re: I messed up!!!

    Hey there tinytulip,
Don't sweat too much about it! I was starting week 3 of induction when I drank soy milk (16g carbs AND 12g of sugar!!!) Not only did the devil inside of me want to give up and 'might as well eat more", but I was feeling dizzy as **** so I guess that's how I learned my lesson! Just get back on the wagon and keep doing induction, that's what I've been doing! You can do it! Don't let one bad day ruin your streak!
    Good Luck !

No..don't start all over again. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, learn the lesson and move on. Starting over on induction everytime you have a slip up is not a good habit to get into. Staying on induction indefinately is also not the way to go.

You also need to learn not to listen when others are trying to talk you into going off plan. Tell them that you really need then to support you right now. YOU have the power to choose what goes into your mouth. Only YOU! Fight for your right.

lazy daydreamer...you should be moving up the OWL ladder as you are so close to goal. You will still lose there but will also be learning valuable lessons on what foods work for your body to ensure a better success for you to maintain your weight lose.

Chalk this up to a learning experience and continue on with your Induction.

Since you know you are an emotional eater, you need to sit down and figure out some coping mechanisms to use during your high stress time. For example, the family wasn't supportive of your diet. Well, what could YOU have done that would have made the situation more bearable for you?
