I'm a little over midway through induction, and yesterday for breakfast I had a hard-boiled egg and string cheese stick. This completely filled me up and I wasn't hungry until about 3 pm!!! WOW!!! and I passed up Burger King food with my 9 year-old, not even craving french fries! We drove through the drive-through and he, from the back seat, innocently said "Mommy, these french fries are GOOD!". I had NO interest in them whatsoever! Me, someone who usually is hungry and wants to constantly eat 24/7!
So, is it working? Is this sort of thing a sign of ketosis? If so, this is AWESOME!!! And will this keep up?
I have about 100 lbs. to lose, and feeling skinnier already!
