I just purchased the Ketone test strips. I tested between 40 and 80, lavender color. This is Ketosis right???

Any color on the stick is ketosis. If it stays beige, you are not excreting enough ketones to show. Any color change means you are excreting ketones, so you are in lipolysis, you are burning fat for energy. Congrats! -

You have a right to be happy, one you are in lipolysis, it gets easier. You don't want to 'mess it up' and have to start again, if you haven't gotten the energy boost, you should very shortly!Comment

Oh, hun, if you have lost 11 pounds in 11 days you have been in lipolysis for a while. And no one has 11 pounds of water weight to lose.
