Quick question for hubby in induction too!

hello all! Hubby and I are on Day 5 now! He's at work and about to go to lunch (first time in a restaurant) with a sales rep and he called needing to know if he can have Half n Half. I know we buy Heavy Cream for coffee but most restaurants...at least the ones in my small town, usually only have Half n Half...is there something in that that makes it non-Atkins friendly?

Please help...quickly...so I can text him!!

Half and half is not acceptable as for induction as it has milk in it..

But the carb count is only 0.6 per Tbsp.. I wouldn't see how it would hurt as long as he limits himself and doesn't have cream tonight
