  • Not Hungry, Day 9

    Hi,

Totally new here, glad I found you all!

So I am on day 9 and I woke up feeling no hunger at all. It's 5 hours later and I had to force myself to eat some eggs and sausage. It's not a loss of cravings, that already happened a few days ago-it's a complete absence of hunger...just not interested. I can't even remember the last time I didn't want SOMETHING to eat. Even if I was full, I could still want/eat dessert.

Ok, so is this normal? Will this continue? I would love to be free like this from thinking about food ALL DAY LONG! Some advice/experiences please & Thank you!

It's a benefit to this WOE. To quote the Taco Bell commercial, "I'm full." Every other diet I've tried, I've always been starving and thinking about my next meal. Most of the time on this WOE, I'm content.

Me too. I usually only feel hunger if I exercised in the morning. I will eat breakfast, and then by lunch time I feel mildly hungry. But I never just feel like diving into the fridge, and I have been able to cook for the family and not even want to taste. Before, frying potato chips and not tasting? No way.

You are normal and 'on track.'
