I started on the 1st of the month and set a variety of mini goals that made sense to me. 229 because I was sick of being over 230, then 220, 211 because that's what I have to weigh to get the job I'm after, and 199 because I haven't been under 200 in probably 7 or 8 years and I'm only 23. I feel much better already just looking at myself. Thanks to everyone on this great forum for their support and knowledge who have helped me get this far so far.

Congratulations! I completely understand. I've been at or over 200 since I turned 18 and I'm 24 and now 220 (started at 230) I don't know what I'll do when I get below 200... I'll probably cry just because I've been over it since I've been an adult...
