I was loving the food I'm eating for the first 4 days. Now I just don't want meat. Anyone else been through this? Any advice or learnings you could share. THANKS!
I have! And it is so hard to get out of.. Something I am doing right now is tuna salad wrapped in provolone cheese... it's quite yummy. Try stir frying some shrimp in olive oil too.

Yeah meat can get boring at times. You just have to switch it up. Chicken, Beef, Pork, to Fish. I never eat the same meat 2 days in a row. I rotate each of the 4 meats. So I'll have beef on day 1 and day 5, chicken on day 2 and day 6. Like that and so forth. Good luck and stick with it! Losing weight is worth the sickness of eating meat lol. Oh yeah also you can put a steak on the barbecue grill too!! YUMMY
