Ok....I MESSED UP BIG TIME. I DID MY INDUCTION and then......I ATE LIKE A WILD WOMAN FOR A WEEK. SO HERE I GO AGAIN ...BACK TO INDUCTION DAY NUMBER ONE....HOWEVER>>>>>>>>>>I AM STILL 10 pounds thinner from the previous 2 week induction.......I just got really tired from eating protein and was really craving sweets so i tried the atkins bars...which by the way taste like you are eating some type of alien meal....with 12 carbs instead of the 2 net carbs they advertise on the package...so technically.....that is why i went off my induction ....I AM BACK ON THE BANDWAGON!!!!!!!!!!!
