So after my lunch today I was up to 19 carbs already
Now its dinner and I am about to make pork chops thinking that they were 0 carbs and just read the back that says they have 2 carbs
Here's my menu today
Breakfast
3 scram. eggs w/ 1slice cheese
1tbsp butter
4 slices of bacon
1 coffee w/ 3 splenda & 2tbsp half n half
(6 carbs)
Lunch
2c salad w/ .5 cucumber, .5 celery, 1/4c chedd ch, 1tbsp bacon bit & 2tbsp ranch dressing
4oz solid white tuna w/3tbsp mayo and .5 celery
(13 carbs)
I'm not any good at planning my meals ahead of time but it looks like I really need to start!! At this point I don't even know what to have tonight that won't add anymore carbs for the day

Thats what I thought about the meat-ingredients for these chops are-pork, pork stock, potassium lactate, sodium phosphate, salt and natural flavorings
