Hello All. 
I recently purchased Ketsosis testing strips and decided to test after I went to dinner tonight.
The reading was on the low side. It wasn't completely negative but it was nowhere near dark purple. I am wondering what I could be doing wrong to prevent ketosis from happening.
I started induction a week ago but realized I was doing it wrong as I was eating nuts and sugar-free pudding. Although I did lose 8lbs by doing so, I knew I had to re-start and do it the proper way. I restarted on Monday and lost 2 lbs since then.
Also, I drank ALOT of water before I tested and I *really* had to go (not that you all want to know my bathroom habits lol..). I don't know if that threw it off or not.
Any and all advice would be helpful.
