This is weird, I have been on a 'diet' for over a week, no loss, so I got fed up and decided to go back on atkins (previously lost 60lbs in 4 months a few yrs back on it but gained it plus some) Well I am on day 2 and I have lost two inches from my waist, I just measured the same spot yesterday and it was 2 inches more!! Is this real? I almost feel as if my body is playing a mean little trick on me. I still haven't lost any pounds on the scale and I guess thats normal since its day two.
ALSO!!
I am going out to dinner for the first time in FOREVER tomorrow with my boyfriend and he doesn't know i'm low-carbing, actually the only person who really knows is my mom, I don't want to "jinx" it im superstiscious when it comes to my diet lol. We're going to this steak house and i am really not a fan of meat at all, i usually get chicken strips, fries, baked sweet potato and eat the cinnamon buttered rolls
but tomorrow i'm trying to talk myself into getting a ribeye with shrimp, or some kind of fish with no breading, and eat broccoli also.
im having a hard time arguing with myself over this
