Okay so I has started the Atkins diet on July 28th of this year and am almost done with my second week.
I lost 17 lbs. so far which I think is awesome!! =]
But yesterday I saw these atkins bars and it says like 2 net carbs when theyre really much more than that even with the subtracted fiber.
So are they real or what?
I totally don't get it...?
And about the jellos...
I buy the sugar-free ones and for the orange ones it says 1g carb.
Is it okay to eat thosse?
I mean, will it slow down your weight loss?

After the two weeks can you start drinking diet soda?
&& last, one, i promise <3
After the two weeks, how many carbs do you add? 1 or 5?

Stick to unprocessed foods and take a look at the food forums on ADBB for ideas on 'legal' snacks instead.
