Last night I cheated myself. I had a double-double in and out burger. I couldnt resist.

So that put me over 50g of carbs for yesterday. Today I tested my ketosis and it's almost gone. I tested at 15 the tan color. I was testing at 40 lavender previously. Is my ketosis done??? Do I have to start induction all over for another 14 days??

    Re: Terrible news

    No dude.

You cheated. The End. Let it pass. Then flush.

    Ketosis will return ASAP.

    Be vigilant.

You got your cheat out of the way.

    It's a new day...

Don't worry about 14 day plans...just get yourself back into the pink!

    Good Luck.

      Re: Terrible news

If we all restarted the 14 days induction each time we made a bad choice some of us would never get to OWL So if today is day 10 since you started induction, tomorrow is day 11.

Of course your weightloss at the end of the 14 days might not be the same as it would have been without eating that burger bun (the meat without the bun would have been fine) but it will give you a better idea of your metabolic resistance to weightloss than your weightloss 14 days from now.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
