hey guys,
I know there have been posts about why you really shouldn't cheat, but unfortunately, I had some pad thai for lunch and now it seems like I'm having some trouble getting back into ketosis for one and secondly I literally can't stop eating.
Since many of the induction meals are much heavier than snacking on say something like fruit, I'm wondering if any of you have this overeating problem. I'm avoiding cheese, aspartame and sticking to meat and eggs to speed up the process but I'm worried that I won't be able to get back into ketosis. Should I try the high fat diet for a few days? It's been 2 days since the cheat and I've only eaten more and because of all this, I'm getting ready to give up from the frustration.
