Hi everyone. I just started induction today and so far, so good. I had boiled eggs and 3 slices of bacon for breakfast, and turkey for lunch with water. I don't even feel hungry. Have a great day!!!!

Welcome to both of you!!!! BlackBarbie, just make sure that you watch the cheese. Often times (if we don't make it ourselves) the cheese on broccoli is processed with stuff that isn't allowed on induction or Atkins at all in some cases. The other thing to remember is that 3-4 oz is our limit on cheese until we add more during the dairy rung... Other than that you both sound to be doing fabulous so far today!!!!
Oh, what brand of tuna are you eating? I'd check the ingredients for added sugars... I am eating a whole can of tuna on my salads, and it is 0 carbs...

And, because veggies and exercise and water are important during these early times for you (and a fetish for me to share
)---don't forget the veggies and exercise and water! Those veggies you eat every day must take up at least 1/2 of your carb intake or more.
