    Re: Green Tea

i've read in some forums that its ok, but after working at starbucks, i learned that tea actually has more caffeine than coffee! Also, I tried some yesterday at a Japanese restaurant subconsciously and had a pretty bad headache afterwards, it could've been the 'rice' in it...i'm not sure....but I'm on the no side now...better safe than sorry!

you are allowed decaf coffee and teas as well as herbal teas but they are not to replace your 64 oz. of water.
