    Whew, when I woke up this morning I wasn't even hungry, that was a new feeling for me. but through the day I have had protein and salad. I was doing really great until about 1:30 this aftenoon. Then I just had to nap. It wasn't like the kind of nap from eating sugar. I haven't had any sugar on my induction. But, I needed to rest. I feel kind of sluggish right now. Don't really want to do anything. Oh, this is day 4 of induction. How long does this last?

    Some don't get any induction flu... others get anything from just a headache to full blown flu symptoms (minus the naseau i think) For some it lasts a day and some the whole 2 weeks.... Mine was off and on for the 2 weeks... not continuous, and it was just feeling like a slug and headaches (but i already get bad migraines)

      BonnieRose, your stats are so great. I see you have been on the diet for 1 month. I appears you started 1 month before I did. Hope to hear from you a lot on your journey of weight loss. Gold Bless

        Probably just a couple more days, Kathy. Hang in there. It's worth it.

          I was the same way. I think that I went to bed for the first 5 nights at around 9pm and I'm usually up until after midnight! Hang in there and it will get better!

            It'll be gone before you know it, and then you're gonna love it when you get that burst of energy back, even better than before!
