depends on the sweetner in your box and your individual reaction to that sweetner. Dr Atkins advises against aspartame as your sweetner.
That being said the fact that you are crqving something sweet says you are addicted and need to break your adiction. If you were detoxing craving heroine I'm sure you wouldn't run out and get some meth as a sub.
Deal with your addiction by kicking it to the curb. try something sour lijke a dill pickle or eating something high fat.

Everyone reacts differently to it. I have been having homeade sugar free jello using packets of kool-aid and splenda...since regular sugar free has that no no sweetener that you arent supposed to have. I would think about it before you do it though, I never had much of a sweet tooth, but if you where a sugar loving maniac, I would avoid it. Best to wait until OWL, or until you are doing your extended induction if that is the case. You want to kick the addiction, not foster it.My fitday

Hi Yippy! :wave
Welcome aboard - from one sweet tooth to another, I think you're better off doing as clean of an Induction as you possibly can. It's not easy but the payoff is incredibly worth it.
The Jell-O can be a trigger for increased cravings, most people on Atkins lose their craving for sweets as they progress through the stages of Atkins. But if this is really hard for you and I can understand that...believe me, buy the Jolly Rancher Jell-O cups they're made with Splenda (an artificial sweetener made from sugar that's approved by Atkins)
Steer clear of Jell-O brand because it has Aspartame in it. A known carceogenic and weight loss staller.
You're going to do GREAT!
