I posted in the introductions section, but wanted to stop by here as well. I have been on WW since February and went from 247-240. Not very impressive. I became a carb-a-holic, and with PCOS, that was not a good thing. After speaking to my doctor, he agreed that low-carb was the way to go and here I am. Starting induction tomorrow. I am really psyched to get this weight off once and for all. I started back at Curves and hope to make it there at least 4 times a week and will do some other stuff at home on the days I don't get there.
I look forward to speaking to you all!

Have a Beautiful Day

! I hope that you find this is the best plan for you. I absolutely love it. When I first started I used to think about having non-Atkins things once I reached my goal weight. Honestly, I prefer to eat this way. For me, to eat a high-carb diet results in fatigue, bloating, and migraines.
