  • One week down and almost 6 lbs lost

Hi guys. I started on the 7th August at 198.8 lbs and at weigh-in this morning I tipped the scales at 193.2 lbs. I am more than happy with that, especially since I have been unable to do my usual exercises this week.

After about the third day in I lost that feeling I had at the beginning, where, to make up for the lack of carbohydrates, I felt that I had to eat and eat more meat. Now I am able to have 3 meals for the day with snacks of cheese in between. I also find I manage well on the alloted cheese and dont wish to go over, like I felt the need to in the first few days. I have no problem with water mainly because it was my drink of choice before anyway. I always had much more than 8 cups before.

I will be doing my best to complete this 14 day induction this time and with 8 days gone, its so far so good.

      What a great start
      Keep up the good work!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
