Hi Nubian. I read your other post about restarting Atkins and being serious this time.
I'm not trying to sound *itchy, but the best thing you can do for yourself is to get a copy of the Rules of Induction and the Acceptable Foods list. At the top of this forum is a sticky that says "What can I eat". That thread has a wallet-sized foods list. The Foods List and Rules can also be found in the FAQ section of this board and also in Chapter 11 of DANDR.
By the way, I strongly recommend that you re-read DANDR 2002 to refresh your memory on how to do this WOE. I'm on OWL and if it weren't for the fact that I moderate this forum, I would be rusty on my Induction knowledge.
