    Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

    Today I was not able to get breakfast b/c the train was late. I am starving! I had to run out to the deli to get some eggs and bacon.

    I was having terrible headaches the past two days, but they seemed to have subsided - it's still slightly there, but not as bad. Also, I have had this terrible taste. It tastes just gross. Not too sure what I'm eating that is causing this. Is there any mint/gum that I can use safely? If not, i'll be walking around with mouthwash!

    The only thing I'm finding difficult is the water. I get to a point I've drank so much I have to force more. I feel like I'm drowning!

    We went out to dinner last night - I was so proud of myself. I ate pork and a side salad. Well, it was really just lettuce w/ o&v. I was satisfied and felt so proud of myself after.

    I feel great (sans the headaches lol). I feel less bloated. My tummy is not protruding as much - i can notice the swelling has decreased in my feet and hands as well I do not have a scale or measuring tape right now. (Long story - all my stuff is at my house. Going there tomorrow. Can't wait to get weight and measurements to really tell how i'm progressing. My weight i've posted is from a dr. appointment about 2 months ago.)

    What a great way of life! This is not hard at all, and the better I feel, it just get's easier and easier.
