I feel guilty for being able to eat such good foods. Right now I feel reaaally guilty. I'm only at 600 calories and 17 carbs, but we're having buffalo wings for dinner and I know thats going to be 500 calories atleast right there because i love wings
I haven't been on atkins for 3 or 4 years (i did it my first time when i was 15 lost 65lbs, now im 19 gained it back) and when I turned 16 I started using low calorie low fat diets ever since and id eat 1200 calories and have lots of binges in between all that from not feeling satisfied. Now I have to break myself of the fear i'm having about eating this food and gaining even though I know it works when I step on the scale im terrified itll say I gained it back from all the pork chops I ate or something
