please help me!
im on day 6 of induction,and want to know if i can take my 2 fiberpills at night.both of them together have 8 grams of fiber,of wich4 grams is dietary.....please help me out.and its true that whatever i eat thats allowed i only have to count 20 grams of whats on the label,correct?
