    Thats what i ate yesterday i havent been cheating and ive been eating like this for a few days ive been on the induction phase for 11 days and now im 216 and i was 214 and im very active please help and i doing something wrong

    Just a heads up you cant weigh yourself all the time at different times and track it to the last thing you ate.

    Try to weigh yourself once a week or every other week. Weight fluctuates very much and weight loss is not a linear progression. When I started I was like you, I weighed myself all the time and it was all over the place. However once I went to once a week (Monday morning, most people weigh in the morning after peeing b/c thats supposed to be when you weigh the least) I never show gain.

    I have weighed myself during the week just to see and sometimes it goes up a few or down a few, but I dont even check anymore b/c its so random.

    Also with women you gotta worry about your time of the month and water retention.

    Also I noticed your starting weight was close to mine.
    I started 6 weeks ago at 223 and I finally went under 200 today. Im at 197.8. The first 2 weeks were a huge weight loss (9.5 pounds). Since then I lose anything from .5 pounds to 4.5 pounds. Normally closer to 2 pounds a week. Be patient and remember the weight loss is gradual.

        yup trying to go strong.. i need to get the book and reread up on my atkins diet i mean im staying under 20 carbs but im not losing it like i did when i was 18

            How many meals are you eating?
            Everything looks so tiny. Maybe I am not reading it right. What were the portions like
            What were the total calories, carbs, fibre, protein, fat for you?
            How much veggies did you eat?
            What do you drink?

              If that 721 is your calories for the day then honey you are eating way tooooo low cal. The way your menu printed out was a bit confusing but it also looks like you are not eating enough veggies! 2 cups salad veggies and 1 cup other...it is not an option..it is required. Possibly not enough fat as well. Are you using a brand of mayo such as Hellman's? Miracle whip has too much sugar.

              Since you are using fitday check to make sure you are eating around your BMR...even a couple of hundred over should be fine. Your percentages should look close to 65%fat/5%carb/30%protein. Are you close to that??

                your numbers you posted really doesn't make much sense to me either. if you are using fitday to get your counts, maybe you could make your account public so that we could see your totals. if i'm reading it right though you really should up your veggies, also possibly your fat intake. a little more details may help us.

                another thought....is it possible you are close to TOM? most women will retain some water before, during, and even a few days afterwards. also, you said you are very active, if you are exercising, or even increasing you exercise from your normal activity, your body could be retaining water to help in muscle restoration and will release it in time. another note on exercise, if you are exercising, you are exchanging fat for muscle. muscle weighs more than fat, so the scale may not move much, but your body will start losing inches. have you measured yourself? if not, take your measurements, and keep track of them along with the scale. when the scales not moving, you may still be losing inches.

                      Please buy the book. This is a life time plan so really it is a small investment for something that you are going to be doing for the rest of your life.

                      You HAVE to eat 2 cup salad veggies PLUS one cup other. No exceptions. Notice I said salad veggies and not salad. You don't have to have a salad if you don't want to. Have some cucumber...some celery and dip or some fried mushrooms for example. Then have a cup of broccoli with dinner.

                      For the calories you are eating your fat is fine...BUT you are not eating enough. This is not a low cal diet. You will make your body stall if you are consistently eating low cal.
