for me its day 7 and starting yesterday i got this stinging headache in my left eye.when i stand up it hurts like throbbing.kinds like migraine.but only left side of my head.could that be from the diet?

Did you quit coffee?
Are you drinking enough water?

yup,went cold turkey on all.i was a soda addict..lol.i think i drink enuff water.i try to drink a gallon a day.

Sounds like caffiene withdrawl to me. That is why I asked ....

give it two more days and it should go away.

alsow i just started getting really shaky,and sweaty and my heartrate is up.....it sucks and i dont wanna give up.im eating some cheese right now,do u think that will help?

do a google search on caffiene withdrawls... and remember you are not only breaking a caffiene addiction but an addiction to simple sugars CARBS... I believe now that carbs are as or more addictive to all the known addictive substances in our society.
give it a bit of time, take some asprin, oh... and make sure you are eating at least 20grms of healthy carbs spread throughout the day. That is what helped me when I had headaches like that. I sense that people who go carbless... which in my opinion is a big no no... suffer worse detox symptoms than those who follow the 20 grm rule!

I am sorry you feel so crappy. Are you by any chance consuming any artificial sweeteners? I cannot have sorbitol or manitol, they make me feel exactly that way

seriously if you can lay down for a bit, have a rest, have a cup of herbal tea, even go or a short walk to get your blood moving and help move the toxins about...

SEE a doctor if you are worried...you have to listen to your body, you should know if you need to seek help or not.

nope,nothing.....but i just ate a tomatoe and some cheese and its a lil better.but hey,i know that once this passes ill feel better.i just dont wanna pass out.
