  • Starting Over with a Question

So, in my most recent post here I detailed how I "fell off the wagon". (Sweet potatoes and breaded shrimp are NOT your friends..)

I've decided to start over and FINALLY do a clean induction. I know I can only get out of this what I put into it and I plan on giving it my all.

Now to the question: Should I be measuring out all of the vegetables and salad I consume? It's not that I mind doing it but I haven't been. I did purchase a brand new measuring cup and food scale so I'm ready to get to work.

Also, I thank everyone for listening to all of my rants and for being so encouraging not only to me, but to everyone on this board.

You are all wonderful and I wish you all success!

Re: Starting Over with a Question

Yeah you want to measure every veggie including salad you consume. Remember that veggies have carbs too. You don't want to overdo it. Good luck! I restarted on Friday (correctly this time) and the weight has been melting off. Why didn't I do correctly in the first place? haha

Yeah i found when I actually measured out my veggies that they are much less than I imagined but still enough...dont get me wrong I love veggies and I always used to eat prolly four times the amount u can have on induction...but i guess im fat cuz lol I love everything else too!!!!

anyways dont want to get off on a tangent but measuring is good so u know that u are eating the right amount.
