So, in my most recent post here I detailed how I "fell off the wagon". (Sweet potatoes and breaded shrimp are NOT your friends..)
I've decided to start over and FINALLY do a clean induction. I know I can only get out of this what I put into it and I plan on giving it my all.
Now to the question: Should I be measuring out all of the vegetables and salad I consume? It's not that I mind doing it but I haven't been. I did purchase a brand new measuring cup and food scale so I'm ready to get to work.
Also, I thank everyone for listening to all of my rants and for being so encouraging not only to me, but to everyone on this board.
You are all wonderful and I wish you all success!
