So i first started on may 26, did a 21-day not very clean induction - too many veggies, and 2 cheats! Then added some more veggies and went till nuts rung after about a month. Maybe a glass of wine or two/week.
The maximum I lost was about 7-8 pounds only for a couple of days then climbed up back to -5 pounds.
I'm now exactly back at point zero =147,5 (66,
and want to achieve 136 (61,5). I'm 5'8" (173cm) and quite athletic. I need to loose 10-12 pounds overall so it's so difficult!
Everyone (including myself) keep telling me i look fabulous and that i' m overreacting...." come on now we're on vacation... you should eat the pizza, ice cream, drink the mojitos etc. etc."
4 weeks full of action and carbs.
I love carbs, i admit it! From musli with milk to fresh fruits, from huge fresh salads to breads, pasta, pizza, white wine and all the way to chocolate, cheesecake and ice cream.
Anyway i started a hopefully clean induction yesterday(Tuesday) morning so this is my day2 and just finished TOM.
I'm still drinking espresso coffee since it doesn't give me cravings at all.
But here is where i need your help: I woke up this morning with urinal track infection symptoms. I've had this 6 months ago so i quickly reacted by drinking a bottle of water and taking a supplement of cranberry extract which is said to be good for cleansing and a pain killer.
As i speak i haven't decided yet if i' m gonna take antibiotics, hoping it will go away with tons of water and cranberry pills.
If i do take them i will have to eat yogurt to avoid other mess.
Anyway the questions are:
1. Is cranberry pill is going to affect my induction?
2. If i take antibiotics, what do you suggest instead of yogurt? Do you think Lepicol psillium with pre and probiotics will do? I take it anyway to avoid constipation.
3. Or should i quit and start again in two week?
