  • Lunch Today:

    How is this? (I'm starting to run out of ideas/get bored!! Need to make sure I stay on the right path)

    - Grilled Turkey Burger w/mozz cheese & lettuce (sans the bread, of course) with a fresh spinach salad (raw spinich, mushrooms, bacon & hard boiled eggs) w/ranch dressing on the side

    ....and lots and lots of water!!!

          I figured LOL

          I've noticed that I have begun to crave healthy food. Now, I'm not saying induction healthy food, but healthy food. I see yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, etc. etc. and I'm drooling on myself. I would have never in a million years craved fruit!!

            I know what you mean, although i'm going through a bit of a threshold at the moment and i'm leaving a few of those craving's behind.
            You'll soon see, it get's better with time.....even more so when you start seeing the result's.
