Ooooh.. on day 4, I'd say eat something high fat.
When I've fed my sweet tooth on the 4th day, I've had an all out binge-r. If its really bad, it probably means its your body's last attempt at getting you to feed it sugar!!
But if you absolutely MUST feed it, try a diet soda sweetened with splenda. Or some sugar free jello cups. But look out for the jello, as its sweetened with aspartame which is not only bad for you, but could cause you to crave more.

Hi Christina. I'm on day four too, and all I can say is, you basically have two options. You can either ride out the cravings, because they should be on their way out at this point, or, you can have a little something like a diet soda, (just ONE) or some sugar free jello or some marscapone cheese with a little splenda and almond extract added. Just don't overdue it, because for some people, particularly those with ravenous sweet-tooths, even sweeteners can foul you up.
Personally, I think that they can be used in moderation and that it's ok to have a little something "sweet" once in awhile. This WOE is about the long haul, not about suffering!HW: 217, lost 57 lbs. in 2003/04

Missnikki is right! Have yourself a fat snack as in, cream cheeses and celery or a 1/2 of an avacado. Also a supplement call L-Glutamin will help you with the sweet cravings. You're allowed up to 3000 MG a day. It totally works! Dr. Atkins explains L-Glutamine on page 136 DANDR. It's something that I have used and am a true believer in it.
Sweet tooth= addiction. By feeding your sweet tooth, you're feeding your addiction to sweetness. Best to tame that ugly monster.
